MILL REQUIREMENTS: as of Nov 1, 2020  Let's keep it fun for everyone!
1. sign-up in advance with a current package.  You must sign up a minimum of 4 hours in advance.
2. Upon arrival, stand on logo for designated station of your choice
3. read posted symptom list and confirm you are symptom free as the coach checks you in.
4. NO LATE ARRIVALS WILL BE ADMITTED.
5. maintain REQUIRED 6 foot distance from other members when possible. 
6. stand in your designated area for demo and respect the coach by not talking
7. class sizes are limited to 18/class.  classes are a 60 minute format. 
8. you must thoroughly wipe all equipment upon leaving your station.
9. only bring what you can carry as you rotate stations.  There will be no lockers.
10. bring your own water and towel.
11. late cancel (4 hours prior to class) and no-show policies/fees will be strictly enforced.
12. participation in class is voluntary and ALL participants assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
13. please exit promptly after class to leave proper spacing for next class session.
