We are 2 passionate women with families and very busy lives and we understand that sometimes our health and taking care of yourself is often put on the back burner. Our list of "To-Do's" grows daily. We get that LIFE HAPPENS and can frequently get in the way! We appreciate that time is sacred and creating a realistic pathway to becoming healthy is important and crucial.
We believe that your health and how you feel will dictate your happiness, your interactions with others and your ability to thrive. Our goal is to build you up and celebrate YOU!
After years of research and trial and error, we developed a uniquely, proprietary workout program that is safe, challenging and fun yet consistently encourages you to push your limits. Our dream was to help others remember what it's like to feel good, to feel strong, to feel powerful while also being embraced by the support of an amazing fit-minded community.
The Fit Mill opened its doors in June 2015 and we continue to open our doors every single day for any individual looking to create a powerful and amazing YOU.

MOST COMMON FAQ'S
Do I need to create a profile/account to reserve a spot in class?
Yes! Prior to attending a class, each Mill member must create a profile/account and sign the online liability waiver. Once you've created your account, you will be able to purchase classes and reserve your spot in class.
Do you allow walk-ins?
No. Advanced registration is required. Class registration closes 1 hour prior to class start time. No sign-ups or walks are allowed past this time mark. If you are new to The Fit Mill, visit our New Member/Getting Started page.
How do I buy classes?
Once you have created an account, you can choose the class/packages that best suit your fitness goals. All classes can be purchased easily and safely online.
Do you accept ClassPass?
Our relationship with ClassPass ended in March 2020. Please click HERE to see our current pricing. We look forward to seeing you in class.
What do I need to bring with me to class?
Wear workout shoes (tennis, running, cross-training) and comfortable workout clothing. Bring water and your own towel as well. No water stations will be available.
Do you have locker rooms, showers or child care?
No. We currently are NOT providing lockers.
We do not have showers. There are restrooms just outside the studio where you can change, if needed.
We do not offer child care.
Are your classes for all fitness levels?
Yes. Our classes are great for all fitness levels.
