TotalBODY Fit Mill (TBFM) is a specialized strength training class embedded with high intensity cardio sets. It is uniquely designed to challenge and fatigue all major muscle groups. Our constantly changing, proprietary formula of 24 exercises at 6 stations creates a challenging but fun environment for members of all fitness levels. TotalBODY MASH-UP is our TBFM with a TWIST!! Often considered our ADVANCED class, our MASH-UP's challenge you, push you and stretch your limits by reversing the direction of our stations and the sequencing of the exercises to give your body a NEW TWIST on the TBFM series from early in the week. Although the flow of the class can be challenging and fast paced, there is a quick learning curve. We invite anyone looking to test their limits and push beyond their comfort zone to come try our Mash-Up class.

HardCORE Fit Mill (HCFM).
Strengthening THE CORE has been burned into our brains for several years now. And just doing some extra sit-ups is not the way to achieve the results you want and need. Our HCFM class is a CORE-centric, high intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed to enhance and promote total body muscular endurance. Each station is specially crafted to challenge primary, secondary and other accessory muscles dedicated to stabilizing & solidifying your CORE.

With a little bit of TotalBODY and a little bit of HardCORE all combined into 45 minutes of sweaty cardio-strength training you will burn fat and tone your body fast. It’s called POWER45 for a reason.

By the last time you take the class (whether it be your 2nd or 3rd class), you should notice a distinct difference in how your body feels when performing the exercises...stronger, more aligned, more efficient, which equals more calorie burn, faster results, etc. You should feel the progression from day to day and by the 3rd day...your output should be at a maximum level because you have been given the opportunity to master those exercises before moving on to a completely different workout.
