The first day of your workout...your body is figuring out its limits and how to transition efficiently. By the last time you take the class (whether it be your 2nd or 3rd class), you should notice a distinct difference in how your body feels when performing the exercises...stronger, more aligned, more efficient, which equals more calorie burn, faster results, etc. You should feel the progression from day to day and by the 3rd day...your output should be at a maximum level because you have been given the opportunity to master those exercises before moving on to a completely different workout.
