Are you ready to get back into your fitness routine?! We are pumped to be back to "normal" and look forward to seeing you! Our schedule is limited as we take time to rebuild and expand our team, so please sign up in advance and avoid late canceling (please see our updated late cancel/no show policy). Every class is 55 minutes and will consist of 6 stations (3 cardio/3 strength). If you show up late you will not be allowed to join the class, so please arrive on time. We are sticking closely to our original format and are utilizing all of the equipment including our rowers and bikes! Morning classes will be held 6 days a week and evenings 4 nights a week.

Please wash hands before class begins. Hand sanitizer will also be available to use at all times. Disinfecting wipes will be provided for members to use.

We will implement a 15-minute member-free zone between classes so that equipment and high touch surfaces can be thoroughly disinfected between each class.

Please keep all extra and unnecessary belongings in your car. Only bring with you what you can carry to/from each station. Lockers will not be available.

Classes are limited to 18 members. Advance registration is MANDATORY. No WALK-INS or LATE ARRIVALS will be allowed to join. Class registration closes 1 hour prior to class start time.

Late Cancel/No-Show policies have been updated and will be strictly enforced. Cancelation within 4 hours of class will lose a class and incur a $15 fee. No-Shows will incur a $20 fee. Please arrive early to class.

Arrive 5-10 minutes early, remain outside if doors are closed. Once doors open, please go to your chosen station and either stand there or place your water bottle/towel to reserve your spot. LATE ARRIVALS will NOT be allowed to join class. We will ask you to leave if you arrive after the demo. No station hopping, the station/group you start with is your group for duration of class

All equipment will be spaced appropriately between members during class. Please wipe your equipment upon switching stations with the disinfectant wipe/spray provided. Provide plenty of space when transitioning.

Touch-less check-in. The coach will check you in as you arrive. You will stand or place your water bottle at the station of your choice.

Our goal is to create a safe environment for everyone. We will not be doing any hands-on corrections or bike set-ups.

- Studio will require a 15-minute member-free zone between classes. Please exit promptly once class ends.
- advanced sign-up is MANDATORY! Class sign-ups will LOCK 1 hour prior to the beginning of class. If you are NOT signed up for class, please DO NOT show up. There are NO Walk-Ins!
- Waitlist LOCKS 12 hours prior to class start time. There is NO AUTOMATED MOVEMENT on or off the waitlist after the 12 hour mark. If someone cancels after the 12-hour time frame (and you are on the waitlist) you will NOT be notified of the cancelation or automatically added to the class. All sign-ups will be the responsibility of the member to manually check enrollment and sign-up after this 12-hour mark. KEEP IN MIND that sign ups close 1 hour prior to class start time.
- STRICT 4 hour late cancelation will be enforced. Cancelation within this time frame will result in a loss of class and a $15 fee. If you do not show up you will be charged $20. Excessive late cancels and no shows will result in 2 week schedule suspension.
- Class registration will only be available for a 14 day time frame. Thus, you can sign up for next Wednesday's class on the Wednesday prior, and so forth.

TotalBODY Fit Mill (TBFM) is a specialized strength training class embedded with high intensity cardio sets.
