UPDATE...
We are OPEN for outdoor classes in our back parking lot!! Our schedule is limited so please sign up in advance and avoid late canceling (please see our updated late cancel/no show policy). Every class is 55 minutes and will consist of 6 stations (3 cardio/3 strength). We are sticking closely to our original format and are utilizing all of the equipment including our rowers and bikes! Morning classes will be held 6 days a week and evenings twice a week in The Fit Mill back parking lot. We will have one FREE virtual class a week on Tuesdays at 6 am. According to the state mandates, we will continue to hold all our classes OUTDOORS. Our primary goal and priority is the safety of our members, our member's families, our coaches and our coaches families. Due to COVID-19, we have altered our class set up to allow social distancing in order to be inline with state and county restrictions and guidelines. The schedule at the bottom of the page (read everything in between) will remain tentative according to guidelines. This is a fluid and evolving situation so please be patient as we work through all of the recommendations for operations as they come our way.

guidelines & safety measures.
Please wash hands before class begins. Hand sanitizer will also be available to use at all times. Disinfecting wipes will be provided for members to use.

We will implement a 15-minute member-free zone between classes so that equipment and high touch surfaces can be thoroughly disinfected between each class.

Please keep all extra and unnecessary belongings in your car. Only bring with you what you can carry to/from each station. Lockers will not be available.

Bring your own water, mat and towel to keep with you at all times. Our water refill station will NOT be available. Our goal is to limit close contact and keep our members safe.

Stand outside in a designated spot until the coach begins class. Promptly exit area when class is over.

Masks are REQUIRED upon entry and optional during workout. Please maintain REQUIRED 6 foot distance, as well.

Check the symptom list as indicated by the CDC prior to entering class. You must affirm that you are symptom-free prior to the coach checking you in.

Members that paused their membership over the last 3 months will have 30 days (until July 18) to reactivate their current membership at their current price structure.

We ask that you keep your trash with you and please dispose of all trash, used masks, gloves and wipes in the provided trash cans upon leaving or during transition.

Classes are limited to 18 members. Advance registration is MANDATORY. No WALK-INS or LATE ARRIVALS will be allowed to join. Class registration closes 1 hour prior to class start time.

Late Cancel/No-Show policies have been updated and will be strictly enforced. Cancelation within 4 hours of class (+ no shows) will lose a class and incur a $10 fee. Please arrive early to class.

Arrive early and pick your spot outside. Spots labeled outside will correlate with starting stations in class. Please go to your spot when entering. LATE ARRIVALS will NOT be allowed to join class.

All equipment will be spaced such that there is a minimum of 6 feet between members during their class. Please wipe your equipment upon switching stations with the disinfectant wipe provided.

Touch-less check-in. The coach will check you in as you arrive. You will stand or place your water bottle at the station of your choice.

Our goal is to create a safe environment for everyone. We will not be doing any hands-on corrections or bike set-ups. Please watch our bike set up video at the bottom of our new member page.

As we navigate through increased safety with smaller class sizes and limited time availability we have updated our schedule, sign-ups and cancelation policies. Please read changes and updates carefully. All of these are subject to change as the situation evolves.
- 18 members/class; 2 class/day; 60-minute classes.
- Studio will require a 15-minute member-free zone between classes. Please exit promptly once class ends.
- advanced sign-up is MANDATORY! Class sign-ups will LOCK 1 hour prior to the beginning of class. If you are NOT signed up for class, please DO NOT show up. There are NO Walk-Ins!
- Waitlist LOCKS 12 hours prior to class start time. There is NO AUTOMATED MOVEMENT on or off the waitlist after the 12 hour mark. If someone cancels after the 12-hour time frame (and you are on the waitlist) you will NOT be notified of the cancelation or automatically added to the class. All sign-ups will be the responsibility of the member to manually check enrollment and sign-up after this 12-hour mark. KEEP IN MIND that sign ups close 1 hour prior to class start time.
- STRICT 4 hour late cancelation will be enforced. Cancelation within this time frame OR a no-show will result in a loss of class and a $10 fee. Excessive late cancels and no shows will result in 2 week schedule suspension.
- Class registration will only be available for a 14 day time frame. Thus, you can sign up for next Wednesday's class on the Wednesday prior, and so forth.
- You may reserve a spot up to 1 hour prior to class start time. NO WALK-INS ALLOWED. Class registration closes 1 hour prior to class start time.
- Members with monthly memberships (that were paused or canceled) received an email on June 16, 2020 regarding their situation. Please read this email and get back to us at your earliest convenience. You MUST email us by July 18 with your option choice if you would like to reinstate your paused/canceled membership. Please know that the reinstating process may take up to 24-48 hours as this has to be done manually for each individual member.
- Members that have prepaid classes will receive a 3 month extension to their current expiration date.
