The Fit Mill offers a cardio-infused, high intensity, circuit training program unlike any other. Each class has 24 spots available and is designed to target muscles in a way that provides maximum results in the shortest amount of time. We specialize in 4 formats with an emphasis on full body results...so don't let the name fool you! Each week the classes change...thus, your body will continue to benefit and enhance as you become more consistent with your attendance. TotalBODY Fit Mill
(TBFM...Mon & Tues)
TotalBODY Fit Mill (TBFM) is a specialized high intensity interval training class designed to challenge and fatigue all major muscle groups.
Why Interval Training (HIIT)? High-Intensity Interval training produces the fastest results in the shortest amount of time. Pushing your muscles to fatigue during class creates a fat-burning effect that lasts for hours. This workout is safe for most fitness levels and is the BEST workout for anyone on a tight schedule.
(TB..MASH...Sun & Wed)
(TB..MASH) is our TBFM with a TWIST!! Our MASH-UP version of our TotalBODY class challenges you, pushes you and stretches your limits by reversing the direction of our stations and the sequencing of the exercises to give your body a NEW TWIST on the TBFM series from early in the week. Although the flow of the class can be challenging and fast paced, there is a quick learning curve.
HardCORE Fit Mill
(HCFM...Thu & Fri)
HardCORE Fit Mill (HCFM) is a CORE-centric high intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed to enhance and promote total body muscular endurance. Each station is specially crafted to challenge primary, secondary and other accessory muscles dedicated to stabilizing & solidifying your CORE.
I have back issues...can I do this class? Absolutely...but we always suggest physician's approval before starting any new exercise program.
(HC..MASH) is our HCFM with a TWIST!! This class will challenge and enhance your CORE strength like no other. The variety of CORE-centric exercises that are performed at the various stations will blow your mind.

Our coaches can design a personalized training program specific to your needs so that you can build strength, stamina and endurance enhancing your overall physical fitness. Our goal is to help you reach your goal. You're stronger than you think!
SEMI-PRIVATE/SPECIALTY CLASSES ~up to 4 participants~ $80
Treat yourself! Enjoying a class with 2 or 3 of your friends is a rare occurrence. BUT...We've made it easy. At just $80 (or $20/person with 4 people) you can enjoy having your very own class JUST FOR YOU. Choose between any of our specialties: Gravity, Indoor Cycling, TRX, Cardio Intervals, Strength Intervals, OR any Fusion of our specialty equipment. You can give us requests or we can design it for you...the options are endless!
SPECIALTY CLASSES ~5+ participants~ $20/person
Make it a regular DATE! We are happy to offer specially designed classes that combine a variety of our equipment for you and up to 12 of your friends, work colleagues, training buddies, family members, etc. We can provide these classes at various times throughout the week/weekend...just let us know what works with your schedule. Our most popular time blocks to reserve are: M-F @ 10:30a, 12p & 3p Sat @ 12p - 5p & Sun @ 8 - 3p
