Farro "Tabbouleh" w/ Hemp Hearts
Pineapple/Mint/Purple Carrot Salad
-chop pineapple into bite size pieces
-chop mint and pecans separately
-chop everything else in a food processor
-put in a large bowl and add oil & vinegar
Arugula Garlic Salad
-Chop the tomatoes and garlic.
-In a large bowl combine the arugula and spinach, adding the garlic and tomatoes on top.
-Generously drizzle olive oil on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
-Toss salad and enjoy!!
Red Quinoa & Kale Salad
-Combine all ingredients into a large bowl.
-Mix well and serve! Add avocado and a tsp of balsamic vinegar at time of serving.
